Brain Lobes

The cerebral cortex is divided into four lobes, each with specialized functions. The frontal lobe controls reasoning, planning, movement, and aspects of personality. The parietal lobe processes touch, spatial awareness, and body position. The temporal lobe is central to hearing, memory, and language. The occipital lobe is devoted to vision. Together, these regions integrate information to support thought, perception, and behavior.
